Open FRQ-Reach-Setup.exe from your browser bar or the Downloads folder. If the browser asks to keep the file, click Keep.

Click Install and wait about a minute. FRQ Reach opens by itself and puts a shortcut on your desktop.

Read the short safety notice once and tick "I understand". Then click Start free trial, or paste your license key if you already bought one.
No card neededLink your number
Go to Numbers and click Show QR code. On your phone: WhatsApp, Settings, Linked devices, Link a device, then scan. Or use Phone number to get an 8-digit code.
Use a separate numberWhy does Windows show a warning?
FRQ Reach is a new app. Windows shows the "Windows protected your PC" box for new apps that it has not seen many times yet, and for apps that are not signed with a paid code-signing certificate. FRQ Reach is not signed yet. That is the only reason you see the box. It does not mean Windows found a virus.
Only download FRQ Reach from frqtools.com/frq-reach. Our download button always gives you the newest official version. If anyone sends you FRQ Reach from another place, do not open it.
No "Run anyway" button?
Some new Windows 11 PCs have a setting called Smart App Control turned on. It blocks unsigned apps and does not show a Run anyway button. We do not ask you to turn off any Windows security setting. Message us on WhatsApp and we will help you find the best way for your PC.
Antivirus stopped the file?
Some antivirus apps are careful with new apps. Send us a screenshot on WhatsApp so we can check it and report it to the antivirus company. Please do not turn off your antivirus for us.

Can I install it on my phone or a Mac?
No. FRQ Reach is a Windows app for Windows 10 or 11 PCs and laptops. Your phone is only used to link your number. A Mac version may come later.
The QR code expired before I scanned it.
Click Show QR code again for a fresh one. Make sure your phone has internet. If the camera will not scan, use the Phone number option and type the 8-digit code on your phone.
Which number should I link?
A separate number for bulk sending, not your main business number. Any tool that sends bulk messages carries some risk, so keep your main number safe.
How do I update FRQ Reach?
You do not have to. FRQ Reach checks for updates by itself, downloads them in the background and asks you to restart. Your numbers, contacts and campaigns stay.
I bought a key after the trial. Do I reinstall?
No. Open License in the app and paste your key. Everything you did in the trial stays.
I got a new PC. How do I move FRQ Reach?
Open your account on frqtools.com, go to FRQ Reach licenses and click Free this PC next to the old one (once every 30 days). Then install FRQ Reach on the new PC and enter your key.
If I uninstall it, do I lose my data?
No. Your contacts, campaigns and linked numbers stay on your PC, so a reinstall picks them back up.
