Delivery Policy
Nothing is shipped by post. Here is when and how you get what you bought.
In short
- Card and credit payments open access within minutes.
- Bank transfers open access after we check your receipt, within 24 hours.
- Your downloads stay in your account.
Everything we sell is digital, so nothing is shipped by post. This page explains when and how you get what you bought.
When you get access
- Card, JazzCash or Easypaisa (PayFast): access opens as soon as PayFast confirms the payment, usually within a minute.
- Credits: access opens straight away.
- Bank or wallet transfer: upload your receipt on the order page. We check it and open access, usually within a few hours on working days and always within 24 hours.
- Free downloads: available straight away after you sign in.
We email you as soon as your order is ready.
Where to find your downloads
- Sign in to your account with the email you used for the order.
- Open the order, or your list of purchases, and click Download.
Download links in emails expire after a short time for security. You can always get a fresh link from your account, for as long as your account is open.
Memberships
Your plan starts when the payment is confirmed. You can then download the products included in your plan, up to the daily limit shown on the plan, until the plan ends.
Custom services
For custom work, the delivery time is the one agreed in your quote. Most projects are delivered in 3 to 7 working days. We deliver through a shared folder, your own accounts (for example your Google Sheet or website), or a download link, and we walk you through it.
Problems with a download
If a file does not download, opens with an error, or something is missing, contact us and we will send it again or fix it:
