Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of frqtools.com, including our free online tools, our store of digital products, memberships, credits and custom services. The website is run by FRQ Tools & Services ("FRQ Tools", "we", "us"), Lahore, Pakistan. By using the website you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

Using the website

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the website, and at least 18 to buy anything or create a paid plan.
• Do not misuse the website. For example, do not try to break our security, overload our servers, copy the website, or use it for anything illegal.
• We may change, pause or stop any part of the website, including any free tool, at any time.

Your account

• Keep your login details safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
• Give us correct information, especially your email address, because we use it to deliver your purchases.
• One account is for one person. Do not share your account or membership with others. We may limit or close accounts that are shared or misused.

Free tools

• Our free tools are provided "as is". We work hard to make them accurate, but we cannot promise that every result is perfect. Check important results before you rely on them.
• You keep all rights to the files and text you use with our tools. Most tools work in your browser and do not upload your files.
• You are responsible for what you create with the tools. For example, a QR code must not point to harmful, illegal or misleading content. We may switch off trackable QR codes that break this rule.

Digital products

Our store sells digital products such as Google Apps Script code, Google Sheets templates, PHP scripts, WordPress plugins, Android app source code, software and books.

• Licence: when you buy a product, you get a personal licence to use it for yourself or your own clients' projects, as described on the product page. You may change the code for your needs.
• You may not: resell, share or give away the product files as they are, publish them for free download, or claim them as your own product, unless the product page says otherwise.
• Each product page lists what is included and what you need to run it. Please read it before you buy.
• Updates are provided when we release them, for as long as the product is offered, unless the product page says otherwise.

Memberships

• A membership gives you access to the products included in that plan for the time shown (for example 7, 30 or 365 days), with a daily download limit.
• Memberships do not renew automatically. You will get a reminder before your plan ends.
• Anything you downloaded while your plan was active stays yours to use, under the licence above, even after the plan ends.
• Plans are for one person. Unusual download activity (for example many downloads from many locations) may lead us to pause the plan while we check.

Credits

• Credits are a balance in your account that you can spend on products and plans on frqtools.com.
• Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred to another account, and cannot be exchanged for money, except as described in our Refund Policy.

Prices and payment

• Prices are shown in US dollars (USD), with Pakistani rupees (PKR) also shown for local payments. The amount you pay is the amount shown at checkout.
• We accept card payments through PayFast (Visa or Mastercard in USD or PKR, and JazzCash and Easypaisa in PKR), manual bank or wallet transfers, and credits.
• For manual transfers, your order is confirmed after we check your receipt. Uploading a fake, edited or reused receipt is fraud. We will cancel the order and may close the account.
• Unpaid orders close after 7 days.

Custom services

For custom work (for example a CRM, an automation, an Android app, a website or a plugin) we agree the scope, price and timeline with you in writing first, usually on WhatsApp or email. That written agreement is part of these Terms. Unless agreed otherwise:

• Work starts after the agreed advance payment.
• Changes outside the agreed scope may cost extra and may change the timeline. We will tell you before doing them.
• When the work is fully paid, you own the final work we made for you. We may reuse general know-how and code that is not specific to your business.
• Support after delivery is as agreed in the quote.

Refunds

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy, and delivery by our Delivery Policy.

Some links on our website are affiliate links. If you buy through them, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. See our Affiliate Disclosure.

Our content

The website, its design, text, tools and code belong to FRQ Tools or our partners. You may share links to our pages. Do not copy large parts of the website or our tools without written permission.

Limits of our responsibility

• The website, tools and products are provided "as is", without promises beyond what is written on the product or service page.
• We are not responsible for indirect losses, such as lost profit, lost data or business interruption, that come from using the website, tools or products.
• If we are found responsible for a loss, our total responsibility is limited to the amount you paid us for the product or service in question in the last 12 months.
• Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under the law that cannot be limited.

Ending your use

You can stop using the website and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms. If we close your account without a good reason related to your conduct, we will refund any unused part of an active plan.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Lahore, Pakistan. Before going to court, please contact us so we can try to solve the problem together.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the website after a change, you accept the new Terms.
