What is the difference between a receipt and an invoice?
An invoice asks for payment. A receipt proves that payment was received. Many businesses send an invoice first, then a receipt once the client pays.
Can I print on a thermal receipt printer?
Yes. Choose the Shop receipt (thermal) design and pick 58 mm or 80 mm paper. In the print window, set the paper size to match your printer and the margins to none.
Can I make a receipt for a partial payment?
Yes. On a payment receipt, enter the invoice total and the amount received now. The receipt shows the balance still to pay.
Can I add my company stamp?
Yes. Upload a photo of your stamp. White paper behind it is removed so it looks clean on the receipt.
Are my receipts saved?
Saved receipts stay in this browser unless you sign in, then they are saved to your free account and open on any device.
Is it free?
